Fort Lauderdale Magazine presents the second annual DINE Fort Lauderdale, a wine pairing experience featuring 5 courses from the best restaurants in South Florida. The series will culminate in a Fusion Experience showcasing one course from each restaurant partner (a total of 5 courses) and a silent auction to benefit the Emeril Lagasse Foundation. Each dinner will include a welcome drink by Lillet.

The waterfront Intracoastal institution Shooters Waterfront, along with its private event catering services and space counterpart The Grateful Palate Catering and Events, offers an upmarket place with expansive outdoor seating. Recently, they added a completely renovated upstairs area for private dining in four different rooms. They offer classic seafood favorites using fresh ingredients.

The Capital Grille’s part of the growing group elevating the dining scene at the Galleria. Their guests know them for their expertly prepared dry-aged steaks, which are hand-cut by the restaurant’s in-house butcher, as well as a diverse menu of fresh seafood and classic appetizers with a twist.
